Welcome to Krons24. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Krons24 job scheduling platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and your agreement to these Terms will be treated as the agreement of the organization.

2. Description of Service

Krons24 is a cloud-based job scheduling and automation platform that enables users to:

• Schedule and execute jobs on remote servers via SSH
• Monitor job execution with real-time log streaming
• Configure alerts and notifications
• Manage teams and workspaces with role-based access control
• Access historical execution data and analytics

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use of the Service poses a security risk
• You fail to pay applicable fees
• We are required to do so by law

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Scrape, crawl, or index the Service without permission
• Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that could harm Krons24's reputation

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this policy and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Paid Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the pricing in effect at the time of purchase.

5.2 Billing and Payment

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase
• We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice

5.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for certain subscription plans. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely to provide the Service to you.

6.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

• AES-256 encryption for server credentials
• TLS 1.3 for data in transit
• Role-based access control (RBAC)
• Comprehensive audit logging

6.3 Data Backup and Availability

While we implement backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of Your Data. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of Your Data.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Krons24 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

7.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the Service to build a competing product

8. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For paid Enterprise plans, we offer a 99.9% uptime SLA. Details of our SLA commitments and remedies are available in your subscription agreement.

Free and lower-tier plans are provided "as is" without any uptime guarantees.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRONS24 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Krons24, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your Data or activities conducted through your account

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Arbitration
